  • We cover the East midlands and are based in Derby, United Kingdom. We also service Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire and surrounding areas . If you have a request outside of these areas please get in touch so we can see if we can accommodate you enquiry.

  • Our prices start from £25 for a general 1 Hour service and can vary depending on the service you require. Please fill out our Request form and will provide you with a customised quote to meet your cleaning needs.

  • We are available Monday - Friday 9 am - 6pm. We are accepting new bookings and are confident we will be able to arrange a date and time that is mutually suitable. Please complete a request form and include your preferred date and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Yes - we are able to attend the property whilst you are not home, so you can get the most out of your day whilst we take care of the cleaning. We will need to discuss methods of access so please let us know using the request form if this is something you require.

  • We clean carpet using the Hot water extraction method and leave the carpets as dry as possible at the end of the service. The time takes for the carpets to completely dry can depend on the weather and condition of your property but on average it can take between 8 - 16 Hours for the carpets to dry.
