Carpet Cleaning

We begin cleaning any carpet, rugs or upholstery by inspecting the carpet looking for any heavily stained areas and to get a better understanding of the material. We then proceed to vacuum 2-5 times to ensure we collect all the loose dirt and slightly agitate, which will help increase the effectiveness of our next step…

Using the information gathered from the Inspect the carpet we will use the necessary Pre-Treatment to help attack some of the more stubborn stains also to condition and disinfect. We will spray the entirety of the carpet giving more attention to high traffic and heavily stained areas and allow the treatment to sit for around 10 minutes.

After the Pre-Treatment has set we agitate the using a counter-rotating brush this loosens the soil and allows the Pre-treatment to be distributed more evenly. We may also use a hand brush to agitate specific areas as needed.

Next we will use another treatment to attack any heavily soiled, colour stained and high traffic areas, in some cases we may have to spray a specific solution in order to maximise the results.

In this step we use the Carpet cleaning Machine to extract all of the product applied to the carpet using hot water and carpet shampoo. This will rinse the carpet leaving behind our signature fragrance and left as dry as possible.

We do our best to ensure we extract as much water from your carpet as possible however they will still be damp when we leave. It can take 6-12 hours for the Carpet or upholstery to fully dry (depending on the conditions) to speed up drying time we highly recommend good air circulation by either opening a nearby windows or having a fan on can speed up drying times by up to 50%.
